Thank you for considering me as a potential Listing Agent for your home.  Before I became a Delaware REALTOR in 2006, I owned and operated my own mortgage company beginning in 1993. I started my Real Estate career in West Fenwick/Selbyville, and I was trained to handle both new homes and existing homes. I have extensive knowledge of the Route 54 communities.   I am a licensed in Maryland as well, and I also have my Delaware Brokerage License. I have consistently been a top producer at my brokerage since 2006 and for the past two years I have been #2 in production for the entire brokerage (several hundred agents). Sales production is very important, but I also take customer satisfaction very seriously. I have developed an extensive network of homeowners who will give me very good reviews. I have even become quite close to many of them after the sale. I also feel it is very important to have a good reputation among my peers. There are many involved in a sales transaction, from other REALTORS, attorneys, appraisers, inspectors, contractors, and Lenders ( I will recommend these and more under "Services".)  It is very important for your REALTOR  to understand the entire process and treat others with respect. 


  • I put all my listings in the MLS and the various online real estate sites such as Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com. 
  • I send blast emails and update information on Facebook posts as well as paid FB ads. 
  • I still do postcards and local ads in real estate magazines (Keller Williams and Eastern Shore Resort Real Estate Guide) which consistently provides inquiries. 
  • I also host Broker Open House events
