Jen was FANTASTIC! We were paired up with Jen by chanced and we could not have been happier with her as our agent. We felt so lucky to have her! We looked at many properties with Jen one afternoon and she was so knowledgeable about the area where we were looking. Her suggestions for properties were very helpful and her knowledge of various aspects of the area's real estate market helped us so much with our decisions. 

Jen was very attentive to us throughout our contract negotiators and she was always very thorough and responsive. We felt very comfortable with her professional advice and direction-- without her we would have been a bit aimless since we were not very familiar with the area where we were buying.

With Jen's extensive background in the mortgage/financial side of real estate, we was able to answer all of our questions and give us good suggestions on how to proceed contractually on various issues. We had a bit of a tricky contract negotiation and she guided us through successfully-- we got what we wanted, at the price we needed. She was patient and very persistent with all of the parties involved so that things were resolved quickly and properly. She was awesome!
